Description

You will ensure the performance, stability, and availability of risk software systems, building platforms for observability, regression prevention, and automation. You'll also handle L2 support and incident management on a rotating basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years experience in Software Engineering or Reliability with hands-on development and L2 support
• Proficiency in Python and version control (e.g., git)
• Experience working in a Linux environment
• Experience developing automation tools and implementing configuration management

Responsibilities

• Build firm-wide platforms for observability, functional/performance regression prevention, and automation
• Implement domain-specific logic for Risk sub-teams
• Contribute to daily L2 support ROTA (one day per week)
• Perform root cause analyses for incidents and raise remedial actions
• Handle day-to-day operations including system configuration and data correction until automated
