Description

You will lead product strategy and execution across internal platforms, partner-facing tools, and third-party integrations at a fast-growing healthcare technology company. Your work will drive the systems that power BlinkRx's operations, making complex processes simple and scalable while improving patient access to medications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience focused on platform tools, internal systems, or integrations
• Previous experience as a software engineer or in a technical implementation role strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and integration patterns
• Data-driven with a history of using data to inform decisions and prioritiize development
• Excellent communication skills articulating product direction and business value

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and priorities for internal and external tools and backend services
• Lead roadmap for external system integrations
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal to deliver technical solutions
• Design reusable product components, workflows, and APIs to power core business processes
• Analyze product performance and identify automation and optimization opportunities
