🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement digital organizing programs for volunteer recruitment and engagement.
• Serve as digital lead, advising state leadership on strategic needs and content.
• Create and execute digital content strategies including social media plans.
• Coach Regional Organizing Directors on digital communications programming.
• Oversee growth of volunteer community and lead training for staff.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in digital content development and social media management.
• Experience with digital organizing in support of field, electoral, or issue campaigns.
• Experience building and managing volunteer communities.
• Must be based in Wisconsin.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with independent expenditure organizations or campaigns.
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video/photo editing and production skills.
