💼 About This Role

You'll lead identity engagements from start to finish, driving strategy and implementation across workforce IAM, IGA, PAM, and access governance for clients. You'll deliver multi-vendor identity solutions that align with business and security outcomes. This role combines deep technical expertise with consultative leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead identity engagements from discovery through architecture, implementation, and closeout.
• Serve as technical and consultative lead across workforce IAM, IGA, PAM, and access governance.
• Drive identity assessments, technical roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Design and implement workforce identity capabilities including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and lifecycle automation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of identity and access management experience across IAM, IGA, PAM, or access governance.
• Consulting experience leading client identity engagements end-to-end including discovery, design, and delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of SSO, MFA, directory services, federation protocols, and cloud identity management.
• Current identity-related certification (Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, Veza, or SailPoint).

• Strong delivery experience with Delinea and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Okta, CyberArk, Veza, or SailPoint.
• Experience delivering identity programs spanning multiple platforms and identity domains.
