💼 About This Role

You'll lead the internal portfolio of projects for a healthcare advertising agency, partnering with Account teams to ensure successful delivery. Your core impact is driving operational excellence, managing budgets, and mentoring a team of Project Managers. This role offers the opportunity to shape workflows for a multi-channel portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account and Marketing teams on client communication and expectations
• Review projects to assess resource needs and ensure staffing alignment
• Develop and oversee risk mitigation plans for large engagements
• Manage portfolio budgets and communicate financial risks to senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare advertising or agency
• Proven experience leading large-scale, integrated programs
• Demonstrated success managing and developing project management teams
• Expertise in scoping, estimating, budgeting, and portfolio management

• Experience with pharmaceutical or medical communications
• Proficiency in project management and resource management tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
