You'll join a primary care team treating adult patients in-office and via telehealth. You'll conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in a supportive environment with daily huddles and collaboration.

• Perform in-office procedures as needed

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Georgia
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification

• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states for virtual care
