💼 About This Role

You'll engage families in dialogue about Rocketship Public Schools and support filling open spots at new and growing schools. You'll execute canvassing and phone outreach to build waitlists of prospective students. This role is critical to eliminating the achievement gap in underserved communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Canvass recruitment areas to hang fliers on doors
• Support data entry and phone calls to families in English, Spanish, or Vietnamese
• Plan and market informational meetings for prospective families
• Track recruitment work and provide feedback to refine plans

📋 Requirements

• Passion for Rocketship's mission to eliminate the achievement gap
• Ability to work in a team and follow through independently on tasks
• Fluency in Spanish OR Vietnamese required
• Strong PC-based computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
