💼 About This Role

You'll partner with product managers and engineers to shape the end-to-end experience of the SolarWinds Observability Platform as part of a global design community of 18 professionals. Your work will directly influence a massive-scale platform and evolve our shared design system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with PMs and Engineering to drive strategic execution of structured services
• Communicate design decisions across organization and ensure quality assurance before shipment
• Mentor other designers and contribute to evolving design patterns

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise SaaS product design (complex data volumes and workflows)
• Proficiency with Figma and systems thinking
• Proven track record of shipping intuitive experiences in your portfolio
• Ability to thrive in mature Agile teams and give/receive constructive feedback

• Familiarity with developer tools, log management, or incident tracking
• Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
