🎯 What You'll Do

• Review applications to shortlist candidates meeting job requirements
• Manage candidate experience from first impression to final interaction
• Oversee job requisition process and validate job descriptions
• Upload and update job adverts on job boards and careers website

📋 Requirements

• Experience working in a global organization
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience using an online Talent Acquisition Tracking platform

• Workday HRIS platform experience
• Interest in AI and digital recruitment tools
• Fluency in multiple European languages
