Requirements

• 3-5 years HR business partnering or generalist experience
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or related (preferred)
• Proven use of people data and analytics to drive decisions
• Strong coaching capability in performance, conflict, and leadership
• Strong commercial acumen aligning HR to business goals
