Requirements
- 3-5 years HR business partnering or generalist experience
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or related (preferred)
- Proven use of people data and analytics to drive decisions
- Strong coaching capability in performance, conflict, and leadership
- Strong commercial acumen aligning HR to business goals
