🎯 What You'll Do

• Define data science approaches and design robust software architectures
• Lead project teams delivering bespoke algorithms and AI solutions
• Mentor junior data scientists and support their professional growth
• Partner with commercial teams to shape project scope and feasibility

📋 Requirements

• Senior experience in a professional data science role or quantitative field
• Fluency in Python with NumPy, Pandas, and a deep-learning framework (e.g., PyTorch)
• Deep expertise in core data science paradigms (supervised/unsupervised, NLP, validation)
• Experience in client-facing work and translating business problems to mathematical frameworks
