You'll own and optimize the full marketing technology stack and go-to-market execution infrastructure at a B2B SaaS company. Your core impact is ensuring marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and revenue-aligned across Marketing, Sales, and Finance. This role stands out for combining strategic architecture with hands-on execution in HubSpot and Salesforce.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own martech stack architecture (HubSpot, Salesforce) and integrations.
  • Design lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle frameworks.
  • Build executive dashboards linking activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to operationalize ABM programs.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce in complex sales environments.
  • Proven success supporting demand generation, ABM, and revenue reporting at scale.
  • Comfortable operating at both executive strategy and in-platform execution levels.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with intent data, enrichment, ABM, analytics, or attribution tools.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
