Your core impact is ensuring marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and revenue-aligned across Marketing, Sales, and Finance. This role stands out for combining strategic architecture with hands-on execution in HubSpot and Salesforce.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own martech stack architecture (HubSpot, Salesforce) and integrations.
- Design lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle frameworks.
- Build executive dashboards linking activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to operationalize ABM programs.
📋 Requirements
- 5-7 years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS.
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce in complex sales environments.
- Proven success supporting demand generation, ABM, and revenue reporting at scale.
- Comfortable operating at both executive strategy and in-platform execution levels.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with intent data, enrichment, ABM, analytics, or attribution tools.
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
