💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical expert for facility and MHE systems across fulfillment centers, bridging operational reliability with automation initiatives. Your core impact will be evaluating and deploying automation solutions like conveyance, vision AI, and sortation. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager to optimize system performance and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and maintain MHE, conveyance, and controls systems across FCs.
• Evaluate and deploy automation technologies (vision AI, sortation, drones).
• Provide technical support for facility projects and system implementations.
• Drive improvements in system reliability and performance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience with MHE, conveyance, or automation in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of conveyance systems, sensors, and basic controls.
• Experience troubleshooting system-level issues in operational environments.

• Experience with controls architecture or PLC-adjacent systems.
• Experience supporting automation systems (sortation, robotics, vision).
