🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns and web
• Evolve and strengthen BJAK's brand identity for consistency
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand design or graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and visual excellence
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools
• Experience or interest in using AI tools for design ideation

• Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals
• Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX
