You'll provide expert guidance on compensation structures, benefits administration, and market analysis within a modern remote-first workplace. You'll play a key part in shaping strategies that support talent attraction and retention while ensuring programs remain competitive.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic guidance on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to HR and leaders.
  • Analyze market data and recommend improvements to total rewards programs and policies.
  • Lead job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and pay equity reviews.
  • Coordinate annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews and variable pay programs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Approximately 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits program design.
  • Strong expertise in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and total rewards processes.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Professional certifications such as CHRP/L, CCP, CEBS, or CBP.
  • Bilingualism in English and French.
