🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide daily pre-departure support and lead safety meetings
• Monitor driver routing and productivity for service standards
• Conduct route debriefs and resolve customer service issues
• Manage driver performance and support professional development
• Control operational costs and step in as driver when needed

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in transportation management or supervisory role
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours

✨ Nice to Have

• 24+ months of commercial driving experience
• Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in logistics, waste management, or regulated service industries
