Description

You will work cross-functionally to drive core user metrics and eliminate root causes of poor user experience across the Starlink organization. You'll serve as a product manager for feature launches and automation projects, improving the global broadband access experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 2+ years experience in venture capital, management consulting, or operations/product management at a tech company
  • Experience in data analysis using Python and SQL, R, or similar languages
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and release process
  • Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Understand and drive core user metrics: NPS, Customer Contact Ratio, Cancellation Ratio, CSAT
  • Work cross-functionally to triage and eliminate root causes of poor user experience
  • Fix, delete, automate, or create processes for structural and emerging issues
  • Serve as product manager for feature launches and software automation projects
