As a Deployment Strategist at Parloa, you will drive AI transformation at Global 2000 enterprises by bridging customer outcomes and product reality. You'll manage stakeholders from C-suite to tech teams, translate business needs into deployable product capabilities, and build prototypes hands-on. Your work will shape the future of customer experience with agentic AI.

Requirements

• 7-12 years enterprise software experience (solution architecture, product, or consulting)
• Proven track record of customer-facing delivery with C-suite stakeholder management
• Product thinking: built client-specific roadmaps aligned with platform strategy
• Architectural credibility: scoped off-platform features and assessed feasibility
• Influence without authority: led cross-functional teams without direct reports

Responsibilities

• Land and deploy AI transformation for Global 2000 customers like Booking.com, Allianz
• Manage stakeholders across business and tech (CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, VP Support)
• Translate customer needs into reusable platform features, not one-off customizations
• Build prototypes, make product changes, and create business plans hands-on
• Represent customers to Product and Product to customers; navigate ambiguity in agentic AI workflows
