💼 About This Role

You'll develop accurate project proposals and quotations for industrial automation and electrical control panel projects. You will analyze Bills of Material, determine labor and production costs, and support customer proposals from concept through final quotation. This role offers exposure to custom automation solutions in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop customer proposals and project quotations based on engineering designs and BOMs
• Coordinate with Materials team to obtain component pricing and supplier quotations
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to estimate labor hours and build requirements
• Work with Sales to align project pricing and margin objectives

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience estimating electrical control panels or similar electro-mechanical products
• Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• Familiarity with CAD drawings, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
• Experience with BOM costing, supplier RFQs, and labor estimating

• Experience in a manufacturing, controls, or panel assembly environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
