💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the critical bridge between commercial growth and financial integrity at Moloco, a leading AI advertising solutions company. You'll ensure every complex, high-value agreement is structured, accounted for, and documented to the highest standard, directly protecting revenue quality and supporting audit readiness. This role offers the opportunity to be the first Deal Desk owner embedded within Controllership, shaping processes in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and approve non-standard commercial agreements with ASC 606 compliance
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure deals balancing flexibility and compliance
• Own end-to-end accounting review for revenue transactions including reconciliations and accruals
• Enforce compliance with incentive policies, approval matrices, and SOX controls

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in public accounting or revenue accounting with deal desk exposure
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 for complex contract structures
• Experience reviewing revenue-related journal entries and reconciliations
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and FP&A

• Big Four experience preferred
• Experience in adtech, media, or platform business with complex incentive structures
• Strong written communication to draft clear memos and accounting position papers
