You'll help Sentry's largest customers embed our performance and error monitoring tools into their applications. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring developers can identify and resolve slowdowns and errors effectively. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Understand customer pain points and create onboarding plans
• Develop best practices and educational content for error management
• Act as trusted advisor for instrumentation and monitoring best practices
• Provide workshop-level interaction to drive product adoption

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Software Developer
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or similar languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
