You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting care while enjoying flexible scheduling and autonomy.

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Passion for adult and pediatric care
• Bilingual encouraged
• Ability to travel within Charlotte metro area

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and follow schedule
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform nursing skills with autonomy
