You'll provide technical support for a global IT organization, handling laptop replacements, software provisioning, and office desk workspace readiness. You'll be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via ticketing platforms and in-person walk-ups. This role offers hands-on experience with Apple systems and Google Workspace in a collaborative team environment.

  • Process laptop replacement queue and ensure hardware readiness.
  • Respond to technical issues via ITSM platforms and in-office walk-ups.
  • Perform software provisioning and deprovisioning within access constraints.
  • Manage Slack and Google Workspace administration tasks.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of proven helpdesk or technical support experience.
  • Strong understanding of Apple operating systems and applications.
  • Ability to communicate and write proficiently in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and helpdesk software is a plus.

  • Technical certification or bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
  • Experience with Slack administration.
