Description

You will lead a work crew of 5-10 individuals with recent criminal convictions in public beautification projects, providing on-the-job coaching and creating a supportive environment to help them build skills and secure employment. This hands-on, outdoor role involves supervising projects, ensuring safety, and fostering teamwork.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand/kneel/bend/climb, work outdoors
• Ability to drive 12-passenger van with trailer
• Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring youth or adults preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead work crew in public beautification projects
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance with break/meal periods
• Complete customer work orders to high standard daily
• Assign job duties and set goals for crew members
• Monitor performance and provide feedback and training
