💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store and assist management during high-volume periods. You'll provide excellent customer service while driving sales. You'll support new employees and ensure smooth daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and inform customers about products
• Assist with inventory management tasks like restocking and counts
• Process cash transactions accurately including opening and closing tills
• Monitor sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• High School Diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with POS systems
• Product knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
• Team training experience
