💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support for Veeam Backup and Replication, troubleshooting complex issues for IT professionals. You'll own cases from start to resolution, analyzing logs and resolving problems in 3rd party components like Microsoft and VMware. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge data resilience technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and analyze issues including log file investigation
• Act as a technical focal point for IT professionals
• Own customer problems through resolution, educating customers on processes
• Document all interactions accurately within SLA

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English
• Advanced user/administrative level with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, and networking

✨ Nice to Have

• UNIX or Linux knowledge
• VMware ESX(i) or Microsoft Hyper-V experience
• Database engine administration (SQL/Oracle)
