💼 About This Role

You'll supervise a team of AOD Counselors and OMCP Mentors at a prison-based treatment program in Vacaville, CA. You'll ensure compliance with contractual requirements and staff performance standards. This role offers the chance to work within the CDCR/CCHCS system and mentor interns toward certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise six AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching
• Oversee participant orientation and intake processes
• Coordinate OMCP Mentors and verify internship hours

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years experience as a certified AOD Counselor at Counselor III level
• Certified AOD Counselor by DHCS-approved organization
• Knowledge of ISUDTP contractual requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ARMS documentation system
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Knowledge of CDCR/CCHCS processes
