🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to design digital experiences
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs and define requirements
• Test and refine designs throughout the product lifecycle
• Mentor other members of the product design team

📋 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Mastery of UI/UX best practices and modern design tools like Figma
• Experience designing consumer-facing native applications for iOS/Android
• Strong ability to present and defend creative choices persuasively

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience conducting customer research and usability testing
• Illustration, animation, or 3D design skills
• Experience with motion design tools like After Effects or Cinema4D
