You will support sourcing and procurement of software, services, and business tools at Nextiva. Partner with internal teams, assist in vendor negotiations, and use AI tools to streamline procurement processes.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes
• Strong Excel and business tools proficiency
• Experience using AI tools to support research or workflow efficiency

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement of software, services, and business tools
• Partner with internal teams to understand needs and guide purchasing decisions
• Assist in vendor negotiations with a focus on cost savings
• Help manage RFQs/RFPs and vendor selection processes
• Track procurement activities, follow-ups, and timelines
