Description

You will design and build state-of-the-art LLM-powered AI capabilities and Agentic AI systems end-to-end, working with cutting-edge ML/DL/NLP tools. You'll optimize production pipelines for performance and scale, collaborate cross-team to solve real customer problems, and contribute to the community through publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science from top-tier institution with ML/DL/NLP exposure
• 3+ years industry experience building large-scale NLP/NLU systems, including LLM-powered applications and Agentic systems
• Strong understanding of ML/NLP fundamentals and practical deployment in production
• Excellent implementation skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace)
• Ability to provide thought leadership and influence product development

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-powered AI capabilities and Agentic AI systems end-to-end
• Build and maintain highly scalable production systems for AI capabilities
• Optimize ML models and processing pipelines for performance, cost, and scale
• Mentor junior team members and influence peers and stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-team with engineers, product managers, and customers to build the right solution
