Description

You will expand Carta's distribution and market share by deepening working relationships with key channel partners and developing new ones, representing Carta as a valuable contributor to the Private Funds ecosystem. You'll drive penetration for private equity and private credit funds by partnering with law firms, audit firms, consultants, and other ecosystem partners.

Requirements

  • Outgoing natural networker with relationship-building experience
  • Knowledge of Private Equity and Private Credit funds
  • Familiarity with partners supporting private funds
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to convert partners into preferred partners
  • Coordinate with Sales team to activate mutual books of business
  • Drive non-linear referral motions to increase referrals by 50%+
  • Create awareness of Carta's fund tools via conferences and events
  • Represent Carta in the field with up to 25% travel
