Description

You will drive end-to-end planning and delivery of programs across automation, AI, and CI/CD domains, partnering with engineering teams to improve pipeline health and release velocity, and managing cross-functional initiatives to accelerate engineering velocity.

Requirements

• Experience in technical program management with a focus on automation, AI, or CI/CD
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, product, SRE, and stakeholders
• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations and call out blockers early
• Experience measuring and reporting on pipeline health, lead time, and deployment frequency
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and workflows in engineering processes

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, tracking, and delivery of programs across automation, AI, and CI/CD
• Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
• Run crisp, efficient rituals (standups, reviews, retrospectives) that drive progress
• Proactively surface risks and drive mitigation plans before issues escalate
• Track and accelerate initiatives that improve CI/CD pipelines, release velocity, and deployment reliability
