💼 About This Role

You'll lead a West Deptford, NJ clinic team to deliver high-quality outpatient mental health and substance use care. Your core impact is building and managing clinical programs and a caseload, ensuring compliance and evidence-based treatment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Directly manage, support, and develop clinicians and interns
• Ensure clinical compliance with accreditation and licensing standards
• Develop and implement new evidence-based programs
• Conduct individual and group therapy for SUD and MH clients

📋 Requirements

• Valid unrestricted LCSW, LPC, Psy.D., Ph.D., or LMFT in New Jersey
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with SUDs/MH
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience
