You'll join Ebury's Partnerships team to grow collaborations with Financial Institutions and Money Service Businesses in Germany and Europe. You'll receive structured training and mentorship to accelerate your career in fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, prioritise, and sign up new partners for partnerships business
• On-board and set up new partners across Money Service Businesses and Brokers
• Report on progress against plan, ensuring targets are met
• Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers

📋 Requirements

• Recent graduate with enthusiasm and high motivation
• B2B sales or client-facing experience or desire
• Fluency in German and strong business-level English
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade

• Knowledge of Money Service Businesses or Brokers
• Sales track record
