Description

You will lead the Traffic team at Nextdoor, focusing on attracting new users through SEO, content sharing, invites, and other growth surfaces. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, and marketing to drive organic growth and optimize user acquisition at scale.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of people management experience or Staff/Technical Lead level with strong mentorship
• Experience working on growth-related features such as SEO, user-generated content, or acquisition flows
• Experience building or integrating experimentation frameworks and using A/B testing
• Strong technical judgment and engineering excellence with operational rigor
• Comfort working across the product development spectrum from strategy to delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers focused on organic traffic growth
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Science to build traffic-driving features like SEO, content sharing, and user invites
• Oversee development of scalable full-stack technologies with a focus on performance
• Own and drive operational metrics of the Traffic team
• Participate in hiring and developing engineering talent
