You'll drive product innovation and value creation by deeply understanding client challenges and aligning Camber's solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts and build long-term partnerships.
- Provide executive-level strategic guidance to C-levels (CFO, COO).
- Lead discovery sessions to understand complex revenue cycle management challenges.
- Act as voice of customer, partnering with Engineering and Product teams.
- Resolve complex issues for enterprise clients and ensure satisfaction.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships.
- Deep understanding of insurance billing claims lifecycle end-to-end.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and insights.
