You'll serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, building strategic partnerships with C-suite executives. You'll drive product innovation and value creation by deeply understanding client challenges and aligning Camber's solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts and build long-term partnerships.
  • Provide executive-level strategic guidance to C-levels (CFO, COO).
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand complex revenue cycle management challenges.
  • Act as voice of customer, partnering with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Resolve complex issues for enterprise clients and ensure satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of insurance billing claims lifecycle end-to-end.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and insights.
