You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch. Your core impact will involve helping open and close the store, training new recruits, and meeting sales targets. You'll also contribute to our mission of eliminating hunger through every purchase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store, providing leadership support as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandise mix.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
