You'll lead physical infrastructure engineering for xAI's hyperscale AI compute facilities, overseeing design, development, and optimization of critical systems. This role requires deep expertise in data center or industrial-scale infrastructure and a bias for rapid execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end engineering of physical infrastructure for data centers.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Develop technical standards for power density, thermal management, and uptime.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and vendor relationships.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
• 7+ years engineering experience.
• 2+ years in direct people leadership role.

✨ Nice to Have

• 7+ years in physical infrastructure engineering for data centers or hyperscalers.
• Hands-on experience with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, BIM.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
