💼 About This Role
You'll lead the Identity and Data Licensing Product portfolio at an AI-powered media intelligence company, driving strategy, roadmap, and P&L. You'll own business outcomes and balance innovation with technical debt while building and leading a team of product owners. This role offers direct impact on a high-growth product portfolio and the chance to work with top brands across the marketing ecosystem.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and business outcomes for Identity and Data Licensing products
- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners with coaching on prioritization and execution
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to drive product strategy
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years leading product teams in ad tech, identity, or data products
- Deep understanding of consumer identity and data licensing
- Proven track record of managing products as a business with P&L ownership
✨ Nice to Have
- Background in identity and/or data licensing in the advertising ecosystem
- Familiarity with privacy-preserving technologies and emerging identity solutions
- Technical background or ability to engage with engineering teams on architecture
