💼 About This Role

You'll build and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers, understanding their workflows and goals. You'll embed deeply within strategic customers as a strategic advisor to their AI roadmap and run tight feedback loops into Engineering. This role combines product management with AI expertise at a leading conversational AI platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, design, and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents with customers
• Embed deeply within strategic customers to serve as a strategic advisor
• Run feedback loops into Engineering to influence feature development
• Represent Decagon externally with customers and prospects

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience (PM, engagement manager, consultant, founder)
• Deep technical acumen to understand and shape AI agent designs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

• Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree
• Equivalent technical experience
