Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will be a trusted advisor guiding customers from deployment through renewal, driving adoption and expansion. You will build meaningful relationships, lead quarterly business reviews, and orchestrate post-sales motions including renewals and upsells.

Requirements

  • Based in Japan
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or sales at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Exposure to networking or security solutions a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong English language command

Responsibilities

  • Manage health and retention of assigned accounts
