💼 About This Role
You'll build Outlast's sales engine from scratch, owning the full sales motion from lead conversion to close. You'll partner with marketing to turn pipeline into predictable, repeatable revenue, using generative AI tools to sell smarter. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and coach sales professionals to scale the team.
- Manage full sales cycle: qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, close.
- Develop repeatable outbound and inbound conversion playbooks with marketing.
- Set up sales tech stack, workflows, and reporting systems for future scaling.
📋 Requirements
- 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience exceeding targets.
- Experience in industrials, supply chain/logistics, or marketplaces.
- Proven success building sales processes from scratch in a startup.
- Deep familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation workflows.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience leveraging generative AI for outbound prospecting.
- Background in industrials or supply chain/logistics strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
