Your core impact will be professionalizing global processes and automating workflows across Finance, HR, IT, and Legal for multi-continent operations. You'll lead high-stakes initiatives from ERP implementations to office openings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Unify and professionalize central function processes globally.
• Identify and automate workflows using AI and low-code tools.
• Lead end-to-end strategic projects from ERP to office openings.
• Own roadmap for operational maturity, audits, and ISO certifications.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in high-growth environments, consulting, or operational excellence.
• Degree in Business, Economics, or Business Informatics.
• Professional fluency in German and English (C1).
• Experience with global, cross-functional project management.

• Experience with modern SaaS stacks and AI implementation.
• Familiarity with low-code automation tools like Zapier/Make.
