🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical projects for NGS-based assay development
• Design and validate automated high-throughput NGS assays
• Mentor junior employees and train lab operators
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 7+ years or MS with 10+ years in assay development and automation
• Experience developing and validating automated protocols for CLIA labs
• Proficiency in JMP for data analysis
• Experience with high-throughput automated assays using liquid handler robots

✨ Nice to Have

• Coding skills in Python or R
• Liquid handler programming experience
• Experience in regulated lab environment (CLIA/CAP, NYSDOH, IVD)
