💼 About This Role

You'll lead the maintenance team supporting metal and aluminum extrusion and anodizing operations at an industry leader. Your work will ensure effective proactive and reactive maintenance, improving uptime and reliability across a multi-shift manufacturing environment. Relocation assistance is available for this key role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead site maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance and reduce downtime using KPIs.
• Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of safety and accountability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in maintenance management or plant engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams across multiple shifts in a production environment.
• Strong diagnostic skills in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with industrial electrical and electronic control systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Extrusion and anodizing experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
