Description

You will lead the technical vision and build scalable AI systems for a mission-driven organization focused on youth mental health. You'll own the platform architecture, ship production features across TikTok and Discord, and drive product decisions through data analysis — all while working flexibly with a dynamic, remote-first team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and shipping full-stack applications with focus on product-market fit
• Strong foundation in data science and machine learning, including A/B testing and impact measurement
• Deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations with pragmatic product sense
• Experience navigating ethical considerations around safety, privacy, and responsible AI
• Technical depth to evaluate and implement AI solutions while maintaining focus on user needs

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve platform architecture for AI-integrated user experiences
• Design and implement experimentation frameworks to measure service effectiveness
