You'll own and grow a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio of customers in a high-impact, rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll drive expansion, retention, and customer outcomes as part of a full Account Management transformation. This role goes beyond relationship management โ you'll own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and operate with the pipeline discipline of a quota-carrying seller.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and progress to close
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ4x coverage) against quota
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Previous experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics technology
