💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and scale Crusoe Cloud's customer-facing managed services as part of the Managed Platform Services team. You'll provide technical oversight on edge and agent systems, shaping how we build and operate software at the system level. This role offers the chance to work on greenfield projects and mission-critical edge software that runs directly on customer infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale core platform services end-to-end
• Serve as subject matter expert on edge software
• Develop lightweight, high-reliability agents on customer VMs
• Instrument low-level system metrics using eBPF and procfs

📋 Requirements

• Systems programming expertise in Python, Go, or Shell scripting
• Experience with Linux kernel metrics at the procfs level
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes internals and Helm charts
• On-call experience on a customer-facing team

• Experience with eBPF instrumentation
• Background in building pull-based scraping architectures
