💼 About This Role

You'll assemble cables for electrical systems using work instructions and engineering drawings. Your work ensures quality and functionality of cables for the Cicoil team. This role offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with cross-training in molding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform cable assembly: cut, strip, crimp, solder wires and connectors
• Inspect cables for quality and rectify defects
• Operate tools like wire strippers, crimping machines, soldering irons
• Place materials into molds and operate foot pump for potting

📋 Requirements

• Attention to detail for repetitive assembly tasks
• Manual dexterity and arm-hand steadiness
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• ITAR compliance: U.S. person status required

• Previous experience in cable or electrical assembly
• Familiarity with cable types and connectors
• Basic soldering and wire crimping knowledge
