Description
In this role, you will own retention and expansion across our client portfolio by building deep relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and closing expansion deals. You'll focus on renewals, upsells, and maintaining a healthy pipeline, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a revenue-carrying position where you drive additional value through proactive communication and executive-level relationship management.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, client success, or client partner roles in professional services or consulting
- Track record of retaining and expanding client relationships
- Comfortable building relationships at the executive level
- Proactive with strong communication skills to navigate complex client organizations
- Familiarity with data, analytics, or marketing technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own client revenue retention and contract extensions
- Identify and close upsell opportunities for new workstreams, scope increases, and extended engagements
- Maintain a healthy expansion pipeline across your portfolio
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders including executives
- Monitor account health and flag risks early, coordinate with delivery teams to ensure satisfaction
